Thank you for your booking. If you are not happy with your booking, we will accept a refund for booking by contacting our customer service here or email us at admin@houseoffragrancecruise.com.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a refund.

By House of Fragrance Cruise.

  •  If your cruise is canceled due to the weather, you will be issued a full refund.

By clients

  • If you requested a refund within 72 hours prior to your booking date. You will be issued a 50% refund.
  • If you requested a refund within 24 hours or less prior to your booking date. There will be no refund for this case.
  • For any other case will be charged 10% of your booking price for a setup fee.

House of Fragrance Cruise will not issue refunds for booking purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the booking(s) or proof of your purchase.
